In light of today’s news involving the co-founders of The Harbor Entrepreneur Center, we want to reaffirm our commitment to the values that guide our organization and ensure our community knows where we stand.
The Harbor unequivocally condemns sexual violence, harassment, and abuse in any form. Such behavior has no place in our organization or society, and we will not tolerate it within our community.
Since February 2025, The Harbor’s co-founders have not held a formal role within our nonprofit. During this time, we have strengthened our organizational policies, established standards of conduct, and reinforced expectations for everyone involved with The Harbor. That work continues today.
We respect the judicial process and will not speculate on matters beyond our knowledge or control. We remain committed to taking appropriate action to uphold our values, protect The Harbor’s integrity, and maintain the trust of our community.
Our core values, particularly Integrity Always and Connected Community, remain central to our leadership and our responsibility to the community we serve. We recognize that this responsibility extends beyond the walls of 11 eWall St. and will guide our decisions about the events and opportunities we are involved with moving forward.
We will continue to fulfill our mission while remaining steadfast in our commitment to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all.
